3–4 apples
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp honey
handful of walnuts
handful of raisins

For the crumb layer
150 gr oatmeal
50 gr butter / margarine (cut into pieces)
125 gr almond flour
2 tbsp honey
PREPARATION METHOD
APPLE CRUMB WITH OATMEAL
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Peel, core and dice the apples. Chop the walnuts into small pieces. In a bowl, combine the pieces of apple, cinnamon, honey, walnuts and raisins. Put all this in a small baking dish. Then, in another bowl, mix the oatmeal, almond flour, butter and honey until you have a crumbly “dough“. Divide the dough over the apple pieces. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes.
