This is a very simple and especially tasty dessert.
Ingredients 8 people
1L fresh whole milk
180g of sugar
2 sachets of vanilla sugar
1 egg yolk
puff pastry (optional)
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C
In a bowl, mix the sugar eggs, egg yolks, vanilla sugar, and cornstarch in a cup of milk.
2. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil in a saucepan.
3. Then add the first mixture (sugar, eggs …) to the milk in the pan while stirring (over low heat). keep stirring with a beater until the mixture is firm (make sure it doesn’t burn and make lumps). turn off the heat.
4. Put this mixture in a cake pan, a cake pan is also good. (choose the puff pastry, first apply the puff pastry to the bottom and sides of the mold)
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes (until the top layer is nice (dark) brown).
6. Allow to cool and store in the refrigerator
