Fancy a sweet, but not a calorie bomb? These cookies are light, healthy and delicious.
PREPARATION

1 Preheat the oven to 180 C. Finely chop the almonds and dates. Add the almond flour, orange juice and zest, cinnamon and cocoa powder if desired. Knead into a solid dough.
Divide the dough into 8 to 10 small balls, place on a parchment-lined baking tray and flatten into round biscuits. Bake the cookies in the oven for 12 minutes. Let cool a bit and sprinkle lightly with icing sugar.
