Tiramisu Ice Cake

Looking for a nice dessert for Christmas? This tiramisu is ideal for the busy holidays because you have to make this recipe at least a day. It takes about 15 minutes to make the tiramisu ice cream cake and then put it in the freezer overnight. At the supreme moment, all you have to do is slice the ice cream cake. Add whipped cream or some fresh fruit and you’re done!

Necessities

1 pack of lady fingers

200 ml espresso / instant coffee

1 tub of vanilla ice cream

cocoa powder

Preparation method

Cover a cake tin with baking paper. Pour the espresso / instant coffee into a bowl or deep plate. Dip half of the lady fingers in the coffee and cover the bottom of the cake tin with it. Then scoop a few spoons of the vanilla ice cream over the lady fingers, until the lady fingers are completely covered. Sprinkle a thin layer of cocoa over the ice. Then another layer of lady fingers that you have dipped in the coffee, a layer of ice and finally a layer of cocoa powder. Put the ice cream cake in the freezer for at least 6 hours until it is firm. Carefully remove the ice cream cake from the mold and cut it into slices. Delicious with some fresh fruit and / or whipped cream.
